Beating Terran With Zerg Starcraft 2

Several Starcraft fanatics would say that beating Terran with Zerg in StarCraft 2 will be a rough mission to accomplish. So, beating Terran as Zerg in StarCraft 2 can be a real nightmare. The Terran strategies, with Siege Tanks, Thors and Hellions seem to be almost impossible. But, there are several strong strategies against Terran. Also, a player should make supplementary researches to discover some Terran strategies. For a Zerg player it is important to know that Infestors are absolutely efficient in games between Zerg and Terran, even though there are several different tactics that a player can without doubt utilize. Here are a few efficient tactics in a Terran with Zerg StarCraft 2 match.

Breaking the Terran Wall

If a Terran player has sheltered himself in the interior of his base and prepared for attack Thors and Siege Tanks, it is very difficult to gain this match. For an experienced Zerg player this shouldn’t be an intimidating position at all. Beating Terran with Zerg in this situation should be pretty easy. For the beginning, the Zerg player needs to expand across the map and boost his economy. Because the Terran army moves pretty slowly it should be easy to annihilate it. Then, you can assault his base easily. With the substantial resource advantage accumulated by now, create an important quantity of Brood Lords. They will face the out range Missile Turrets and the Terran units sent by the opponent. Also, if your adversary sends Vikings to protect his troops, create several Corruptors and Mutalisks to sustain the Brood Lords.

Stopping Hellions

The greatest nightmare of a Zerg player in an early game is the hellions. Hellions can annihilate easily the Zerlings, will dissolve the Drones and kite the Queens. So, they can be pretty devastating. To stop the Hellions, a Zerg player needs to put one spine crawler near every Hatchery. Then, create several Roaches. By doing this, the Hellions will be defeated easily. The Spine Crawler will stop them to escape from the roaches, which are great with Hellions. So, those two units will force the enemy to withdraw.

Stopping Marauders, Marines and Siege Tanks

For every three marines the opponent possesses you will need one Mutalisk. If the adversary has plenty of Marines, the Zerg player needs to build an Infestor. These units have a special ability which creates 36 damages in eight seconds. So, the Fungal Growth will destroy any Marine. Given that Marines have a tendency to bundle, the Zerg player can destroy an entire regiment of Marines with a solitary hit from an Infestor. Also, the Zerg player can fly down these divisions with several Mutalisks. With a weapon like this, the Zerg player can annihilate all the opponent’s Marines and then attack the Siege Tanks and the Marauders. This tactic is more efficient if the Infestor hits the Marauder with a Fungal Growth before they get excessively close to the base. It is best that the Infestor is kept burrowed. The Marines will have a deadly surprise.11
